Adventure Program

Since 1995 the Wisconsin National Guard has worked with youth in schools & community based organizations through our low Ropes course, also known as LEAP (Leadership Education Adventure Program). The LEAP program was created to challenge Wisconsin’s youth both physically and mentally. Through teamwork, communication, leadership and support, our program encourages youth to make positive decisions resulting in positive consequences. The program focuses on grades 5th, 7th and 9 which are crucial transition points in a child’s life where they are more vulnerable to drugs and alcohol.
