Over the past 17 years, the Wisconsin National Guard Drug Control Program (DCP) has been proud to partner with you in the fight against illegal drugs. Unfortunately, due to funding limitations the DCP must reduce it's drug interdiction and prevention mission starting January 31, 2011. Additionally, NCTC must cancel scheduled classes starting February 1, 2011. However, agencies may still submit requests to use the High-Risk Entry Facility (HREF) and other NCTC resources. These cutbacks will limit, but not end, Drug Control resources to law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and schools.
